HACCP Training.

 

Here at American HACCP we are committed to help your company raise employee awareness and understanding of HACCP.

 

Our on-site training course is developed specifically for the brewery environment, it focuses not only on the basic principles of HACCP but has in-depth explanations of establishing a good safe environment during every process of brewing.

 

The basic training course will take 1 day and is followed by a 25 question multiple choice exam to ensure your staff has taken on the presented knowledge.

A certificate of professional competence is awarded to all trainees that answer 21 or more questions correctly.

 

A duplicate certificated is mailed to you to keep in your records.

 

We will be launching our new online HACCP training course in the near future so that anyone can complete the training at their own pace. 

Trainees will be able to pause, rewind and resume the course at any time for convenience. 

The online training video will be concluded with a similar exam and upon passing a certificate will be issued by our office and mailed to your brewery.

 

All brewers that are a American HACCP customer will get two free online courses to use for their main staff, we will charge a small fee per course thereafter.

The online HACCP Course will be available to non customers soon too.
